Awaken Your Fertility 3-month Program

OFFER ONE

This is my baby. The signature program that will take you through my whole process.

All of the steps have a male and female component so you can complete the program together. This will get you the best results and you have built in accountability partner!

Step 1: Discover - This is where we track, analyze and test to learn what is going on foundationally. We want to know wether and when you are ovulating (it’s kind of important), if you are getting enough energy and nutrients through your diet, if your thyroid is functioning optimally etc. This goes for both partners. The more data we have to start with the better!

Step 2: Balance - This is where we look at the foundations of your diet and address blood sugar and digestive issues. These are the foundations of our health and contribute to egg and sperm health, overall inflammation, hormone balance and sooo much more.

Step 3: Nourish - Here we dive deeper here to address sleep optimization, adequate hydration and start focusing on specific nutrients to aid in egg and sperm health. Tailored supplements may be recommended at this phase.

Step 4: Refine - With key foundations in place, we start to look deeper into stress management, nervous system regulation, environmental toxins and movement.

Step 5: Start Trying!!! - During the program, I recommend that both partners focus on learning and habits and shift the focus away from trying to get pregnant. This is because 3 months is the MINIMUM amount of time we want to devote in order to impact egg and sperm health. So now, at the end of these 3 months is when I would recommend that you start trying if you feel ready to. You can also keep going with refining your habits until you do feel ready.

Also, if there are still things that are not adding up, I might recommend that we utilize some functional lab testing to uncover more answers for either or both partners. Additional testing can be super helpful and informative if you are still struggling with hormonal or gut-related issues. Functional labs include, but are not limited to: in-depth hormone testing (DUTCH Test), gut testing (GI-Map), food allergy testing, genetic testing (including MTHFR), and so much more!

This program is meant to take place over the course of 3 months because that is the MINIMUM amount of time that it takes to see an improvement in egg and sperm health (it takes that long for them to mature) - so know that it is the minimum amount of time I would recommend focusing on these areas.

Maybe you are not trying to conceive and you still want to work with me! I would still love to meet you! While fertility is kinda my jam, I also help people with other things like nutrition during pregnancy, getting your period back, PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, general wellness and so much more.

With this option, we determine what type of package would be the best fit for you and your unique goals. We can also explore additional testing options (not included), if indicated and desired.

I take clients on a case by case basis, if I feel like someone else would be a better fit- I will refer to a trusted colleague who specializes in your request.

Mini Testing Packages

If you know something is off with your gut or hormones and just want to dive a little deeper, I offer functional lab testing packages that give you all the tools you need to start healing on your own. This package comes with an intro session, the at home test we decide is right for you, a 90-minute results review session, a 40-minute follow-up session and a recording of the review session along with a tailored and personalized treatment plan (includes diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations).

My approach is gentle, holistic and intuitive.
