“I feel great! I'm naturally letting go of tracking on MFP. When you make all kinds of different foods and make everything from scratch trying to track it all is a nightmare. I still will enter stuff in to check the PHFF ratios but that's really it. I think I'm getting about 100 grams of protein 40-50 grams of fat and 15-30 grams of fiber a day. I'm NEVER constipated which is awesome. I've also never enjoyed eating healthy so much. This all feels very sustainable.
