Recipe: Let’s Make Curry Shrimp!

What you need:

1 bag of TJ’s frozen Argentian red shrimp

1 package of TJ’s frozen pre-cooked brown rice

1 package of TJ’s frozen Asian-style vegetables 

1 package of TJ’s Tikka Masala Curry Sauce

Love in your heart  :)

Instructions:

Start by defrosting the shrimp and veggies by adding to a bowl of cold water (should take around 20-30 mins).

Heat a pan or wok and add some olive oil.

Add the veggies to the pan to start cooking.

While the veggies are cooking, take a package of rice out of the plastic bag and microwave for 2 minutes or heat on the stovetop.

Once the veggies are cooking for about 8-10 mins, add the shrimp and cook together for about 6 minutes or until the shrimp are no longer transparent.

Once the shrimp are cooked through (be careful not to overcook) you can turn off the heat and then add the curry sauce and coat well. 

Add the veggie, shrimp curry mix on top of a portion of rice and you are all done!
