Let’s Make Gnocchi!

Gnocchi/Chicken/Asparagus Recipe

What You Need:

1 bag of TJs sweet potato and sage gnocchi (a fall fave)

1 bag of TJs asparagus (ends chopped off)

1 box of TJs sous vide chicken thighs

3-4 cloves of garlic 

Salt and pepper to taste

Feel free to double up on the recipe to make enough for leftovers!

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, foil, or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Arrange the gnocchi on one side of the baking sheet in a single layer.

  • Next, arrange the asparagus on the other half of the baking sheet. Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  • Bake for 22-24 minutes- turning half way through.

  • When that is almost done baking- remove the chicken thighs from the plastic package and microwave for about 3 minutes in a microwave safe bowl.

  • Remove the pan from the oven- toss it and enjoy!
