Recipe: Let’s Make Salmon Tacos!

What You Need:

TJs sockeye salmon fillets

TJs chili lime seasoning blend

Avocado

TJs cole slaw mix

TJs cilantro dressing

TJs almond tortillas (or another kind of tortilla)

Optional: hot sauce, queso fresco

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 425F

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with some cooking oil.

Rinse salmon with water and then pat dry with a paper towel and lay on baking sheet skin side down.

Coat the salmon in a little bit of olive oil and season with TJs chili lime seasoning.

Once the oven is to temp- put the salmon in the oven and set a timer for 10-15 mins (if salmon is thinner do 10, if thicker do 15).

While the salmon is baking, slice lime and avocado and toss some cole slaw with the cilantro dressing.

Once the salmon is very close to being done or is done- heat up the tortillas!

Assemble, top with your favorite hot sauce and enjoy!

I also added some queso fresco at the end bc why the hell not?
